The Breadknife: This is an old favorite of the common ned and especially the nedette. They can grab a breadknife easily from their 'maws' kitchen so they can go round and stab their 'weans da'...

The Common Knife: This can be easily concealed inside any ned's sock or tracky bottoms. They can and usually do carry these anywhere incase somebody needs a 'good stabbin'.

The Machete: Many neds will claim to carry one of these. The practicality makes me question that but I suppose it does make them sound 'hard n that kno'.

The Stanley Knife: This is an old favorite of many a Glasgow psycho. It is easily concealed and used to be a favorite of football hooligans.

The Household Hammer: Every ned has a house (courtesy of the council) and so every ned has access to the household hammer. They're not usually carried around but are useful for more opportunistic beatings.

The Household Screwdriver: This is pretty much the same story as the hammer. Every ned will have access to one and so it is a classic glasgow weapon.

The Sawnoff Golf Club: This is a relatively new tool for the glasgow young teams. I'm informed that all of these are golf clubs although the one on the left looks suspiciously like an apple corer to me. Beware the ned and his apple corer!
